I send in a claim for R2500 two weeks ago, that i paid cash for my daughters dental procedures done in december, The claims department never contact me and i had to phone them last week just to find out that they dont want the receipts and that i need to send statements, How and where am i suppose to get statements if this was cash payments and not covered by the medical aid. Please urgently assist as time is running out before they tell me that i cannot claim anymore.
