6 Months and still strugling with them

I've send a claim to Discovery more than once and phoned them every month for the past 6 months and still the claim is not paid back to me.

I took my son to the casualty department for the 2nd time in 2012 and had to pay the docters cash because the docters are not on the list of the Medical aid. BUT the hospital are and that is were the Medical aid told me to go. How many times do I Have to phone and send e-mails to get this money paid back to me. This claim was send to them in August and it is already February??

Now I don't work and I send 3 months bank statements and they need to pay back money debited from my account, as I now have to pay less on my monthly contribution. I have send this document to Discovery 11 January and it is almost end of February and still nothing was done. After I had to phone them they told me that another document needed to be completed. Why can they not phone me to tell me this? Why do I need to phone them? Why is there always something els that I need to fill in that they didn't tell me about? I can tell you why... they want people to give up. That they can steel some more money!!!
