Oncology & Regular Claims Mixed Up

I have been seeing my oncologist at Donald Gordon since Sep 2011 and still your claims department is processing medical procedures requested by him as regular claims from my medical saving. I have 3 cases this year - Claim ref: 34cdWJ / 3A8uO9 / 3BDs3x. Incidentally they were submitted by Lancet duringthe period of the self payment gap and the claims were rejected for reason code 276. I have since been mediating between lancet and your oncology dept and have made numerous phone calls but to no avail. I have settled claim ref 34cdWJ / 3A8uO9 (Amount to R133.80) and still waitng on claim ref. 3BDs3x (R3150.78). Why is it that Discovery still do not know to process treatment claims from my oncologist from the oncology benefit? Why are you still getting it wrong? Is there someone in Discovery who can REALLY assist with the situation? PLEASE!
