Placing me on ITC

Lancet Laboratories had me put on the ITC for an account that I had not paid since January 2012. I explained that I did not receive the account which was for my late husband who was on my medical aid. When I received the letter from ITC they said I should phone Lancet because it was them that put me on ITC. When querying the situation, they found out that they received one amount from my medical aid scheme but only paid the one account. There was a credit amount remaining which was for the exact amount that they said I did not pay. They then put me on the ITC which was a great embarrassment for me. Lancet then sends me a statement to say that they woud pay the money over to ITC - I asked them for a follow up to ensure that my name was cleared and to date this has not happened. What annoys me most is that they had the money since February 2012 - Now my question is am I cleared from ITC - would they like this to happen to them???
