Never capture claims

For some reason when ever i have to submit a claim through for payment, its just so amazing how the statements get lost, never go through on email, or the claims department is just soooooo busy that they have not captured the claim yet. it does not matter who you speak to or what reference number you give the call centre advisors they just never know whats going on. i submitted to a statement through in the begining of december and to date nothing has been captured. its funny how they always take their money on time from your account but can never process claims and pay you on time. then you hear "wonderful things like you are only covered for the full value because the doctor is not one of their network doctors. the doctor i saw only joined their network this month, but because the procedure date was in december last year i dont qualify for a better rate... never mind the fact that they did not even bother to capture the claim last year. as always what a let down from my long time medical aid. ITS DEFINITELY TIME TO START SHOPPING AROUND FOR A MEDICAL AID THAT WILL TAKE THEIR LOYAL CLIENTS MORE SERIOUSLY
