NO CONSIDERATION - NO RESPONSE - NO HELP

After loosing my job and trying to communicate with the company to try and set up some kind of payment plan, my initial emails were met with half responses and when supplied with information they required, the later emails with no responses at all even after they stipulated it would be done within 3-5 working days.
They have handed me over without trying to sort out the problem as the account is over a certain amount of days which has been at THEIR delay. Even telephonic queries have had me with no help except to say to phone back or email the right section!!! I have a whole host of emails with no responses!

I'm not saying I dont want to pay you... Discovery has just not come to the party to try and make an effort to help me out when my situation has not been ideal. CAN someone please contact me about this!!! I'm at my wits end and now will have a bad credit record because I wanted to work it out!!
