I recently applied for some PMB benefits (11/06/2013), ref 2887729755, I was advised that it will take 3 Days before a consultant would come back to me, only after I called them on the 19/06/2013 I was advised that there was some issues regarding information they needed, not once though did they bother to contact me. I supplied them with the information, and everything got approved. I then submitted some claims (27/06/2013 ref 2908640012); I was again advised of 3 days to get a response. It is now the 05/07/2013 and I have not yet had any feedback from discovery what so ever. To put the cherry on the top, I saw an unusual debit from my bank account from discovery, and contacted them straight away (ref nr 2912689560), discovery was not aware of the debit, and decided to investigate, they asked me to email them on a direct email account, and that they will get back to me within the same day. I still have not yet heard any response and it is 3 days later. Can someone at discovery please communicate with me and let me know what is happening with everything!!!
