I wrote a report a week ago, I did receive a generic response claiming that Resolution health is committed to delivering service excellence and aplogising for any inconvenience I may have experienced. Besides the two names and details of the dentists I did not want. I still have not received a list of dentistswhich I am rightfully entitled to as a paying member who are the network providers on the Foundation despite requesting one since the 9th January this year. I still cannot access a list of dentist on the website as the same malfunctions exist. Although informed in the response to my last report that my query had been escalated to contributions a week ago I still have not received any feedback regarding my monthly premium and still don't know what the amount actually is.
If Resolution Health is genuinely interested in their members and their committment to excellent service delivery why is it then that 86% of reports that appear on Hellopeter about Resolution Health are negative? I think that as a company they consistently display carelessness and disregard for their members and don't just take my word for it read the other reports!
