Impossible dealing with email support

I have for over a month being trying to get Discovery and Momentum to transfer my MSA - I got the instructions from Discovery and passed this on to Momentum Health, who apparenlty followed these instructions and made the required deposit as stipulated.

Discovery received this deposit, and instead of allocating it to my MSA, decide it was to be used against my monthly premium, and therefore debitted the incorrect amount from my account this month.

I have since then been trying to get Discovery Health to allocate the funds to my MSA, and debitting my monthly premium correctly, which has proven impossible over multiple emails - the last of which has not been responded to.

Momentum Health claim to have provided Discovery with the letter required, I have also emailed Discovery the required letter. (reference number: 3076907322)

I would like this rectified ASAP - I have spent enough time trying to resolve this over email, and getting nowhere.

I will approach the ombudsman next.
