Poor Service!!!

Good day

I have had the worst service from Discovery in the past few months.
I was requested to provide income verification from myself and my daughter who is the account holder. I have had these emailed through months ago however I was still billed on the highest income bracket. I have also been promised a refund for the past two months as soon as the documents have been received. I had no responses. I have spoken to Sinethemba Nogaga on the 10th of April who had agreed to call me back the following day with feedback but no response. I have then spoken to Shahana Khan on the 11th who had then promised me a response from the refund department within two days. She has also admitted to receiving the documents months ago however they had not processed it. It has now been three days with no responses and yet again I am left to use my supplies to contact a supplier who shows no interest in their clients. I have proof of emails and calls made and all calls are recorded from Discovery I will not accept being charged on the highest bracket again this month, this needs to be cleared up ASAP!!!
