Healthinfo refusing to answer my question

To whome it may concern,

My wife needs to go into hostpital to have her Wisdom teeth removed. Before making the booking, I wanted to get written confirmation that we would be covered for it (as stipulated/outlined on the discovery website/benefits guide. Nothing over and above that of course), as I would hate for complications to arise come the time to claim. After an array of emails back and forth between myself and [Email Removed] I have finally given up on this- they REFUSE to provide written confirmation. I have received FOUR responses which detail the level of coverage in general (what the policy states) but never will they say we in particular are covered. It is infuriating!
I literally get back copy-paste emails, which can be seen, word for word, further down the email chain.

Someone needs to be made aware of this because it is terrible to be treated this way. There is literally no reason to even email as I am not going to get a REAL response. I tried calling the call centre but they just tell me to email.
