Unacceptable service

It is now -3weeks since my initial query in obtaining pre-authorisation on a medical procedure. I have spoken to numerous consultants and sent through numerous emails requesting same. To date, I have not been provided with a suitable/acceptable response. The hospital requires a pre-authorisation reference number (which I might add is impossible to obtain from Discovery Health) in order to proceed with the booking confirmation. It is a case of always getting different answers/responses from the different consultants and emails. Will someone competent enough please repond to this request ASAP!!!

(Utterly deplorable service, to say the least)
