Never receives claims to any address

I have three claims that i am not getting paid by my medical aid! Two is personal claims I paid for in October 2013 and January 2014 and not one of the four email addresses they keep giving me is going through to them. Every time I phone to ask if it has been received it is the same story. I need to go through the process every time of explaining the story and mailing the invoices. I have been a member of the medical aid since 2004 and ever since the admin went over to Primemed I have not stopped to battle with claims to be paid. I need this to be sorted as one claim is for a doctor and there is four months to claim otherwise they say its a stail claim. They stall for so long to pay that they will are the cause of it becoming stail.
