I previously wrote to you when I had issues when a doctor that I go to, one of the prescribed GPs sent debt collectors to me because my claims were not paid by the medical aid. I ended up paying the doctor from my own pocket and now the doctor then turns around to say in fact the reason why he did not get payment from the medical aid is that the when he tries to submit the claim, the system says that he cannot and ACCORDING TO THE DOCTOR he says on your side, you told him that my details are duplicated on the system thus the reason why my claims are not going through. I am sick and tired of these problems that I end up having to pay for because again I have claims from this year that are now not paid. When I tried to verify whether the doctor's explanation stands when I called your call centre, but the lady that helped me was useless (ref for call 176511610). the doctor says the system is not allowing him to submit the claims then OBVIOUSLY those claims wont be reflecting on your side! The doctor and your employees have not been able to help me this is unacceptable. I paid my medical aid therefore I should'nt be running around trying to find out why my claims are not being paid.n
