Moto Health - Worst Medical Aid

I got a call from the Netcare Greenacres hospital saying that Moto Health has rejected the claim for hospitilsation and MRI scans because I was not referred by my GP. My question is that how am I supposed to get a referral from my GP if an ambulance took me to the hospital in a semi-concious state after I had passed out from pain and my fiance and landlord had to resusitate me?
I had to discharge myself from hospital because this medical aid will not pay for further treatment! I am now at home suffering from permant pain and loosing conciousness from time to time and I am also confined to a wheelchair. This has been carrying on for 18 months now! This medical aid will just not come to the party, How is a person supposed to get propper treatment if they will not pay the providers? Why should we be paying medical aid at all if we have to fit the bill all the time? I am at the point of warning all employees of the Imperial group about this poor service and I will even go to Manny de Cunha himself. I will spare no effort of exposing this to all forms of media if this medical aid will not come to the party and look after there customers.
