Patience Please

My wife called to make a weekend booking for us and our two boys aged 6 and 4. Ok my wife s s bit slow and she asked if they had a special suite and the reply was stupid and rude, but REALLY to have no patience was very upsetting. Spoilt my weekend away from home thanks City Lodge.
