We purchased a Groupon voucher for an overnight stay and spa treatment at Ntshavheni Game Lodge. Our first booking was made for the 12th of October 2013. On the day of the booking we were advised that "the lodge is closed for the weekend". A new booking was made for the 16th of November 2013... once again we received and email saying that "the lodge is closed for the weekend". Since then we have not been contaced, the phone numbers on the "website" does not work and no one is returning our calls and emails. I believe that this is a. The option is, once again, avialable for purchase one Groupon.. do NOT fall for this!
