BOTSEBOTSE REALLY BAD

We bought a weekend through Groupon for the weekend of 20 January. We tried to move it to the next weekend because of bad wheather, whereby a rude lady at BotseBotse answered the phone, claiming that SHE is now the owner and SHE is doing the bookings now and SHE cannot accommodate us the next weekend because the lodge is full - not in a friendly manner at all. I examened the website and found that there IS in fact rooms available. The "owner", Christene Hall, phoned me and my husband and told us that we were no longer welcome at Zebula Lodge, BotseBotse. She also send me an email ON 19 JAN to confirm that our weekend was cancelled of the 20 JAN!! and that we can claim our money back from Groupon! I was really seeing forward to this weekend and that is how I was treated, even before we arrived at this "5 star" lodge. Reading other comments at different websites, I am glad that we didn't go. Is this how you deal with clients in the hospitality business!! I can assure them that I will speak no good word to any of our friends of this resort and WILL NOT RECOMMEND anybody to go there with this rude attitude of the owner. TOT NIE BENADELING VAN REGTE
