Nylstroom Lodge
Dirty Disgusting lodge

I booked myself and my parents in Nylstroom lodge the past weekend. According to the webpage it looks quite presentable, however when we got there, the rooms and bedding where disgusting. Like a good customer I paid everything in full (yes stupid me), we all turn around went back to reception and told them we can't stay in a lodge in this state. I have asked them to refund at least half my money and up to date they have not tried to accommodate me. I will go as far to go to newspapers to get this resolve, my reasoning you can't charge the same rate as a proper neat lodge at is not even 10km from it.
