I joined Hotel Express in 2012 and in January 2013 I called trying to secure a booking. I was assisted by Ms. Lucinda Swarts. Firstly she got the dates wrong & booked me for January instead of March. She then called to tell me the lodge that I want is fully booked. I called the lodge myself and was offered 2 rooms because we were 2 couples and I also mentioned that to Lucinda. I called her back and gave her the lady's name at the lodge and asked her to call. It was only then that I got the accommodation booking. I asked for confirmation & she claimed she sent it and I never received. She sent me an email saying the total amount is R1900. Last week I called the lodge just to make sure my booking was made and was shocked to discover I have to pay R3000. I confronted Lucinda about it, instead of helping me a week before my weekend away Hotel Express is giving me an ultimatum. Please help.
