I called to enquire about a booking directly from city lodge today as my booking made with momentum multipy for city lodge was messed up. Trying to make a booking directly or get information to correct my initial booking with multipy was disastrous. the lady was extremely unhelpful, kept saying to me speak to momentum about 3 times over and over as if she just wanted to put the phone down, i tried to talk but she just frustrated me and couldnt care less to try to hear my story or see if she could assist, by the way, i called her twice, both times she couldnt be bothered. the booking was for tomorrow 15 march as it is my birthday, but thats not possible now... please employ people that have excellent customer service skills and that LISTEN instead of talking so much.
