Worst service/hospitality I have ever received

I sent an email to the owner on the 23rd of September 2013 regarding the weekend we spent at the lodge from the 20th to 22nd of September 2013. I subsequently followed up with the owner on two separate occasion, where on both occasion I was told he is still investigation my concerns/complaints. I don't think I will ever return to the lodge, even though it used to be a very special place for us. If this is the way management and the owner/s treat their guest when there is legitimate complains, then I am not prepared to spend another cent at the Kai Thai group. The weekend in question was supposed to be a celebration, relaxation, and to rekindle, but yet it turned out anything but that! I won't be able to recommend the lodge to anyone anymore, like I have in the past. Sorry to say this, but this is not what we are used to from the kai Thai Group! Very disappointing to say the least!
