Mysterious claw back amount

E-Mailed claims to discovery, been waiting 2 months for payout. Phone the call center, and suddenly there is a mysterious claw back amount that happens to be the amount claimed. No explanation of what the claw back is for, nor was I ever contacted about this amount. Sounds like creative accounting aka to me. THIS IS THE WORST MEDICAL AID IN SOUTH AFRICA. It is my sincere wish that this company go out of business.
