Not getting the right info out of call centre

Phoned two weeks ago to find out what i would need to put my childs meds on chronic. Was told need the precription (that i had to give to clicks in order to receive meds), Report from the Educational Psychologist. So i went and got everything. I phoned on the 2nd of July again so that i can email all the info. I was told by the consultant and superivisor that it could all be done over the phone. I kept on asking were i can email the report and was told over the phone that there was no need. The service, nobody knows what info to give you when you ask. Your kept on hold for how long just to call the next day again to find out still processing...

My husband spoke again with them today. And atleast got email addres out of them. Our Ref nr 250613Q08X6W for this whole story. I dare bonitas to listen to the recordings because your consultants and supervisers can't do their jobs. They don't listen when you ask and don't no what to reply! The new ref nr 050713Q0WV3M for today just to send documents. This will most probably take another 48 hours just to hear that is still being processing...

Costing us allot of money! Very dissappointing!
