Since 22 January we have been trying to change primary member of membership. SO we had to cancel existing membership and re-apply for new membership. The assistance from Bonitas was and is horrendous. We mailed ALL info through as requested. 2 Weeks later, after hearing nothing, we phoned to be told forms were not filled in correctly. So we filled in forms AGAIN and MAILED AGAIN. After hearing nothing AGAIN, we phone AGAIN to be told documents were not received. So we email again, follow up again and then be told correct documents still not received. Every time we phone call center - a different story is being told to us. Currently I'm on the phone now and still confusion. Today is 21 February and we still have had no feedback. Do Bonitas want as members or not?
