Bonitas not adhering to law ito proving PMB

I belong to Bonitas & have Multiple Scheloris (MS) - for the last 2 years, I have to pay all my Chronic medication cash, excluding Rebiff. Since November last year I now also have to my all Specialist accounts. My Rebiff and Copaxone have also been rejected since November, after numerous submissions & motivations (as per BOnitas procedures) by my Neurologist. I have been without medication for my MS for 2 months now as a result of Bonitas declining all PMB approved MS meds. I was told when a new medication was requested for approval, the current is on hold and not further approved - implication, I had no MS medication as long as Bonitas delayed the process to approve new medication. When we requested feedback, they request same information the Neurologist provided numerous times and claim previously approved meds e.g Rebiff is not on formulary. I have had numerous relapses & now require the next 'best practice' meds available in SA, which is Copaxone (more cost effective than Rebiff) but both are now decline with no alternative provided. Point is, Bonitas is no longer providing PMB/Chronic medication, which they are supposed to by law.
