CHRONIC MEDICATION

Bonitas specifies that on the Bonsave option on their scheme, that Chronic Medication needs to be ordered through Pharmacy Direct or a levy is charged at other suppliers like a chemist, Clicks etc. if obtained there but the service from Pharmacy Direct is shocking!

I do realize that ultimately the company I should be moaning about is Pharmacy Direct but the only reason I go through them at all is that Bonitas insists on it, so in fact Bonitas is to blame!

On numberous occations I literally have to call them when my meds are due! Like now I only have 1 days meds left and my new meds have not arrived! Again! On trying to call Ph. Direct only a recording is on giving opening hours and then cuts you off. I called Bonitas - they tried and also could not get through. Said they would come back to me same day - nothing!

When taking Chronic Meds, this is for chronic illnesses and should be despatched timeously. I will now have to go to the pharmacy and get medication there as I cannot be without it but it ends up costing me!! If your supplier - Pharmacy Direct - cannot do the job properly - change it!!!
