No delivery for Chronic Meds

I sent my 6 months precription for chronic medication to Pharmacy direct in December, I received confirmation that the prescription was received and will be processed. I then purchased my meds locally in the mean time however needed my prescription for January which was not delivered. I then called Pharmacy direct this morning and spoke to Jerry who advised that I purchased my meds at a local pharmacy? I have no record of this and asked him to forward me proof. I asked him why was my February script to completed, he said it was due to my January prescription completed locally. I told him that I never purchased anthing locally and that its a montly prescitiption so i still need my Feb script!! Is this how my health insurance takes care of my needs? Chronic meds prescriptions not being processed. I await urgent feedback regarding this concern.
