Un out of medication!

Hi there,

17 Jan I sent my chronic application into discovery. I received phone call on 18 Jan saying that because I never gave the pathology report that my application was declined and that I would receive an email with a ref number. I am still waiting for that email. So 23 Jan comes around and I was still waiting for that email and got. I sent a new application in with the pathology report... waited til the 24 and went to the pharmacy and they said my meds are not on chronic yet.

Now 2 since my initial application and a week after my second application what has happened? it is still on acute and I have run out of meds!

I want my meds on chronic by the end of the day or I will contact the ombudsman... not taking meds can be a life threatening situation!

I want a call from the chronic department yesterday already! get on it
