Misleading andwrong advise

I am a member of Bonitas and registered with the AFA chronic Programme, today I phoned to advise them (AFA) that my medication is not delivered and I don't have anything left, could they please intervene as I cant go through to Pharmacy direct I was advised that it is okay if I default today because pharmacy direct can only deliver my meds tomorrow, it is not enough that they have divulged my confidential information to the 3rd party and insurance company (Lombardy), now they are advising me that it is okay to default on my meds because they didn't deliver on time.

I think I must definitely take a legal action against Bonitas this is too much now, obviously they don't care about my health but they care about the money I am paying them.
