Wrong info from call centre

Morning, we have just moved to bonitas medical aid. After a lot of phone calls to bonitas to get information i was still giving the wrong info. I phoned in to get more information about speech therapy i was still given wrong info. I ask the gentleman i spoke to allot of call centre advisors that is from a sonja, prince, alfred and a name i can even pronounce that the speech therapy is from the unlimited option when i phoned this morning and i was told it is coming from the day to day benefit which is frankly not allot. So we must pay cash for everything again. Isn't there a medical aid that you can choose your own needs. But what can we say i am only one voice and i will not change the medical aid. But please employ people that is competent to assist new members. We must always pay for other peoples mistakes.
