I have infusions every 4 weeks.
An account from the doctor with identical procedure/Nappi codes needs to be processed monthly
The account is very clear and understandable

Discovery continues to make the identical processing error:
Discovery processes 50ml of sodium chloride as 50 units - and then rejects the line as 'the quantitiy is more than is allowed for this period'.

I can understand making this error once (at a stretch twice) - but 8 out of 12 times in one year is shocking.
That's an accuracy rate of 33% for something that should be simple

I'm still trying to get my Dec 2012 account reprocessed.
So far I have collected 4 reference numbers for this claim - yet nothing has been done yet.
I have sent numerous emails - my latest email to the chronic department (seeing the customer care emails don't get addressed) could not be delivedred because 'emails to this address are restricted'

I've had these infusions monthly since 2006 and I have to have them for the rest of my life.

Discovery - your constant bungling of these accounts adds to the unpleasantness of my experience.
Do I have monthly needles and fights with Discovery to look forward to for the rest of my life?
