Being miss informed by the sales representative

We were on the hunt for a medical scheme and our house doctor being a member, suggested that we should look into Spectramed. I then called the local sales representative who then came to see us at our house. She had to complete a general questionnaire on her iPad and The individual was informed about my PMB condition and was told that I could apply for the chronic medication after the three month probation. When the time came to apply for my chronic medication, the true colors of Spectramed came to light. I am afraid that the available space in this message box is not enough for the way I was treated. It also burns me that I introduced my mom and friends to Spectramed. I am just amazed that people can sell a product to you and just push you aside when you need them.
