Hi, my wife see a Homoeopath DR (DR FORD) monthly and gets medication from him every time she visits. This has been happening for more than a year now that I have submitted the claim and that discovery comes back and states that the codes are not correct. Then I am told that I have to get the updated codes from the DR. Which I have done. I then resubmitted a "fixed" claim to Discovery on to which the reply was that the codes are still not correct. After about three weeks of calls I was told that Discovery would pay last year's claim but from this year's benefits which is totally unacceptable. I have been a Discovery member since 1999 and this is the way they "handle" their clients. I have also sent numerous mails for Jarred for updates and have been ignored after being told of the payment from this year's benefits. I seriously need assistance to get this claim settled as I am paying everything from my own pocket. I have all the mail correspondence between Discovery and myself if required.
