Discovery not correcting my Medical Savings Acc

I Removed my wisdom teeth on the 24th of Jan 2013. The Maxillo - Facial and Oral Surgeon DR A.E.A. VAN DER MERWE accidentally processed the claim with Discovery as a procedure done in the consultation room. Which it was not! Discovery then paid the claim from my medical savings account.

Shortly after they deducted the payment I realised the error and contacted Discovery. They said I should contact Dr van der Merwe. I Contacted DR van der Merwe and her office contacted discovery at the following dates with reference numbers to set everything right:
1. 7 FEB ref# 2723 554 451
2. 12 FEB ref# 2727 214 965
3. 21 FEB ref# 2741 588 399
4. 5 MAR ref# 2756 466 841

The last three (3) calls Discovery just said "the claim has been resubmitted and will be paid correctly". And then also asked for 2 days for processing each time. 2 days??? It has been 3 weeks!!

Now I have ZERO day to day benefits. I cant go to the doctor, physiotherapist etc.

I have only been with Discovery since this year and so far it has not been good! This is not the only mistake they have made. I only received my discovery card midway through February. I applied for it on 11 Dec 2012!!!

DO NOT GO OVER TO DISCOVERY!!
