DISCOVERY HEALTH IS INSOLVENT?

In December 2012 I complained about Discovery's processing of claims and received a huge apology.

However, the problems have not ended: Claims which were supposed to be processed in 2012 and go towards closing the self payment gap were eventually processed in 2013, reducing the 2013 benefits.

My latest claim could not be processed as only 1/2 of the scanned document was received, which is impossible.

All attempts to contact Rishana Singh, Executive Relationship Manager on the number and email address provided as well as by leaving messages with the call centre have been unsuccessful.

The conclusion: My suspicion that Discovery acts and deliberately avoids processing claims is confirmed. the only possible reason for their actions which I can think of is that DISCOVERY IS INSOLVENT!
