Swap of item for wrong size impossible on Sunday

Hi,
My wife went to the dispensary on Friday to buy stabilizing back support, size L-XL. It was to large and I wanted to swap it, then I went to the dispensary on Sunday at 12:30 to change it to medium size, this dispensary is open 7 days a week until 21:00 and it is very convenient I must say. But the lady told me that the item can not be change on Sunday as the person that does the credit is not here on Sunday and I will have to come on Monday, or eventually buy a new one and get a credit for the too large one on Monday, the price is 425, 90 rands.
I believe that when you run a service like a dispensary 7 days a week until late, you should be able to assist with any services during open hours including change of item, this is a dispensary and you don't buy this type of item for the fun but because you are in pain.
Please note that I am not requesting these people to call me back as I don't want to lose my temper.
