I was promised that the nurse would be there

On Friday 31 May 2013, I called Diskem at 11:56. I have the call recorded by an app on my smartphone. I am very angry that I have had to miss my very important scheduled shot by the nurse because the nurses had both left early. I was promised and reassured by the lady on the phone that while the nurse is not answering her phone, neither the dispensary, twice, she will absolutely be there until 16:30. I even left work early to get there on time. I got there at 16:10, the nurse was gone. I spoke to the ladies at the dispensary who said there is nothing that we can do for you. I am very angry that all i get is excuses instead of a legitimate explanation as to why the nurses were both gone early? The woman who answered the phone at phone number 021 522 6140 promised to pass on my message to see the nurse before 16:30. Why make me that promise and not even take my phone number while i am on the phone for the nurse?
