Clicks
Always takes forever to get stuff done

Hi,

Every time i go to Clicks Soneike it takes forever. Went to the dispensary to collect meds in my lunch and ended up standing there for 25min, while the pharmacist went to the back to collect the meds and I had to listen to them chatting with their college instead of assisting me. This happens every single time I go there.
Then if you need to pay cash, there will only be 1 till open at lunch time. Its one of the busiest times and then they make you late for work.
I dont understand why they treat everyone like this. Its been a recurring problem especially in the dispensary.
They dont care about their clients, the staff's attitude is always surly and they dont listen when you ask what you need, because they are always busy chit chatting with someone instead of taking care of their clients.
