Dispensary service worse than license offices

I have been receiving poor service at the three Dis-Chem stores at the dispensary department for a number of months now. They are not trained to help clients in peak hours of the day, it doesn't matter what day of the week. Some of the employees are even rude when you get to the front. I specifically moved my prescriptions from Clicks to Dis-Chem because I thought they were delivering a better service, but it seems my judgement was wrong. I can not go to the shops during the day as I am at work, so when I get to go the shops I get so angry when I have to stand in a row for 30 minutes, while half of the tills doesn't have a pharmacist to assist you. While standing in these long ques it is more frustrating watching the few pharmacists that are there walking up and down at the back without anything rushing them to do their work quicker.
