Disgusting Attitudes along with Disgusting Food

Mother's Day Epic Fail by Tavern n Ale Main road Diep River... Went to take our 83 year old gran for lunch, who is quiet weak and withered... Lunch order... Ribs, Chicken Cordon Bleu and the Lunch special offered by the Restaurant... I have been here before and so has my brother and friends, and the food and service has always been great, however today... Ribs taste appauling like rubber, Battered of the cordon Bleu was almost burned... My Gran that can barely chew is struggling to eat as the chicken is also so rubbery, Mushroom Creme sauce, looked like something added water to it, and it tasted that way too. Vege looked and tasted disgusting... Called waiter and informed Him of the issues with food, he inturn relayed the message to the Head Chef... Feedback to us was there is nothing wrong with the food, and when asked to see him... Dear Chef Bernie repeats thgr is nothing wrong with our food, and that HE COULDNT CARE WHAT I ISSUE IS. HE'S NOT WORRIED... All this was relayed via the poor waiter, who cudnt stop apologising for the pathetic service... Then the Sous Chef is sent, and all he can do is relay the same message from the Head Chef... When asked to be provided with the O
