Poor service and shocking customer service

Yesterday I arrived at the Dis-Chem shortly after they opened. I joined the queue at the dispensary and noticed that only 2 counters were open. After a few minutes I left the queue in the hope that if I got the other stuff I needed perhaps by then more pharmacists would be around to help. Within 5 minutes I re- joined to find the same people still in the queue and still only 2 people serving. I was eventually served after 9. I phoned the consumer care line to complain and was later contacted by Natalie, the manager of the dispensary. With regards this issue she informed me that she was there when the dispensary opened and there was no queue. Calling your customer a is certainly a new take on customer service. I phoned the customer care line again shocked at this rudeness and was told the matter would be forwarded to the regional manager Natasha - have not heard a word from her. For a company that is so charitable I find this a complete disgrace, one needs to acknowledge that without loyal customers your acts of charity would not be possible. Just a suggestion: why not see that you have sufficient pharmacists on duty when you open in the morning!
