Incorrect size provided after pricing

I visited Dischem East Randmall on Sunday 11 August 2013. I bought a Blood Pressure Meter, which comes standard with a Medium Sized cuff, which do not fit around my arm correctly, I asked asssistance at the dispensary and they gave me a bigger size (large) which I had to buy seperately. When I got at the till the seperate cuff did not have a price on, they took it and got a price. When I got home I wanted to test out the monitor and to my utter disgust they have exchanged my Large size cuff for another medium size. I stay approximate 80 km from the store and would defenately not drive all the way back for a mistake that they made. I phoned the store and spoke to Martin, he promised that he would investigate the matter and call me the following day. I am still awaiting the call. I am very dissapointed in this service and the massive inconvenience this has caused.
