Chronic Medicine Dispensary
No/BAD Service - Unable to provide service

We have had an uphill battle to get our chronic medicine request serviced by Chronic Medicine Dispensary since Dec 2012.
Numerous telephonic calls, emails and faxes were exchanged and we still do not have our medication.
The last good delivery from them was in Nov 2012.
There service level or total lack thereof is pathetic.
