Poor Customer Service, No customer feedback

Electronics and household app.

I paid for essentially an iPod cable last Friday. 8th of Feb 2013. Paid by credit card 'cause Id dint want any delays in processing payments etc. Monday i check the status, 'unshipped' . I e-mailed to query status and reason for delay. (i actually e-mailed prior to the 8th to confirm stock of the item i purchased, which I might add they replied with confirmation with 3hours).

Tuesday, no response, Wednesday, I call and got the annoying voice message and no answer to my call, to which i sent a firm e-mail requiring a response urgently to my query. Thursday nothing, Friday I tried calling numerous times without success, so i sent an e-mail requesting a full refund and repsponse toquery or I will be taking legal steps against them. 3 hours later I get an e-mail, which they expect me to belive is a out of office reply, stating that their office are closed onFridays and that I'll get a response on Monday.

This is unacceptable and shall make it my mission to let all online users know of their poor service, who closes on on a business day for goodness sake. Its sites like these that give online-buying a bad reputation.
