No delivery, No Feedback & No refund!

On the 8th of May I purchased a Wicount for a Guess watch and till today the watch has not materialised. The vendor did send me a tracking nr the status of which was last updated 31 May stating in 'transit'. Since then I called the vendor and she promised feedback but I received no response, I left a voicemail and I received no response. I sent sms's again no response. I then mailed wicount & Tewis Jacobs read my mail but also failed to respond. I then called them and they 'transferred me then the line went dead. I called again and Dube asked that I send the mail directly to him and that he would respond, once again no response. I called again and spoke to him thereafter he mailed the vendor. I asked for a refund she replied by saying she will will sort it 'today' (10th july) on Friday (12 July) she again promised feedback or a refund by COB and BIG surprise no response and no refund. I feel that I am not being unreasonable. Is it too much to ask that we actually receive the items that we ordered and paid for. Is it too much to ask that people actually keep their word and give a customer feedback. Or is customer service just an empty phrase? I want my refund not Wibucks or excuses
