Cannot contact except via call centre

Electronics and household app.

Needed to sort out an urgent connection for my daughter's computer in Cape Town. I live in P.E. and was unable to contact any iStore directly to help me - only by a call centre agent that was slow, and did not give me any information as to how to pay for the connection so that I couldorganise a courier to collect and deliver in Cape Town same day. Useless exercise, and I am still battling to get the connection!! As usual once the sale is done - back up is non-existent!!
