No response re. refund although product returned

In December I ordered a product via Groupon SA. On 9 Jan I sent e-mail requesting delivery details. On 14 Jan I received confirmation of delivery tracking number. Received product on 15 Jan. I was utterly disgusted with the product! I paid almost R400 for a piece of plastic junk I could buy at my local China Mall for approx R40! I immediately contact Groupon SA via e-mail and asked what I need to do to return the product for a full credit. On 21 Jan I still have not received any response. I mailed again. On 25 Jan I received some sort on general response about them experiencing high volumes of enquiries. I immediately replied to this person - Shana Weeder. She responded to this 3rd e-mail of mine and organised the product to be collected. It was collected on 28 Jan and I confirmed collection via e-mail with Shana. I received a read receipt from her on 29 Jan. On 3 Feb I mailed Shana for a response on the process of credit - did not receive any reply. I mailed her again on 6 Feb. Today is 22 Feb - still silence and no response from Shana and still no credit! I pad Groupon an amount and doesn't even have anything to show for it!!
