No resolution of query after a yea

Having a problem to clear error messages on my Mnet decoder from the website, which just give an error message and then need to phone in to call centre which takes at least 10 mins to answer. 9/5/2012 E-mail in saying I have a problem 8/7/2012 E-mail again as I had no response in 2 months, also reporting that I have trouble reconnecting services which are also offered online. 9/7/2012 response from Keabetswe Mokwena ref no 105520528 Ignoring my original query on error message and only answering query on reconnecting services. 4/3/2013 E-mail again about error messages. 8/4/2013 response from Rebecca Dikgale asking for detail that was in the long trail of e-mails. Send detail again on the same day with screen shots. 12/4/2013 mail from Carol Mabaso asking for detail and error messages again and asking I forward mail to another e-mail adress (not sure why she couldn't) Sent mails again to [Email Removed] 19/4/2013, 2/5/2013 and 3/5/2013 with no response. But can you expect a response when the autoreply to mails are the following "... If you do not get a response within 24 hours, please send your message again." So do they delete the days queries &expect me to send it everyday?! POOR!
