Poor Availability and Broken Promises

I did not want to resort to this as I haven't had a problem with Momentum before but I think this is the only way that I will be able to get a response.

I have been trying since Monday 7th of January 2013 to get my Multiply points and Status corrected. I was on a Platinum status at the end of last year with approximately 106 000 points. I have been carried over to a Gold status now. I was told on Monday that I would have this issue resolved and would receive a call in an hour or 2 or a maximum of 24 hours - No call. I managed to get hold of someone again on Tuesday and Wednesday and was promised a response within 24 hours - still no call from either person. Inbetween these 3 times I managed to get through I have probably tried at least 20 times to call and left 3 voice messages and sent an email. Still no response or solution. Don't promise me if you can't keep that promise. Today the call centre isn't even available.

Secondly, I have tried on a few occassions to make a car booking online. This service does not seem to work as no vehicles are ever available.

Please could someone contact me to resolve these issues.
